*Teletherapy sessions are for people wanting to develop coping skills to better deal with anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and general counseling. In certain situations, Teletherapy can be a very good option for getting the assistance you need. Walk and Talk

I have always offered walking and talking therapy sessions. For some, this is a preferred option and works well while I am not utilizing an office for sessions due to COVID-19 safety recommendations from the CDC. I have a couple of chairs in my car we can use to sit under a tree as well, or you can always bring your own favorite chair.     Alcohol and Substance Use Concerns?

Have you ever felt you ought to cut down on your drinking or drug use?
Have people annoyed you by criticizing your drinking or drug use?
Have you felt bad or guilty about your drinking or drug use?
Have you ever had a drink or used drugs first thing in the morning to steady your nerves or to get rid of a hangover (eye-opener)?

If you answered yes to any of these questions is yes, you would benefit from a discussion concerning substance and/or alcohol use. I can assist you in determining if there is an issue and we can develop a reasonable plan to manage or reduce your concerns. My practice utilizes both Harm Reduction and Abstinence approaches to substance use. The goal is to reduce or eliminate your use of substances that are causing a negative impact on your life.
