Tele-Behavioral Health Therapy for Social Distancing
Tele-Behavioral Heath sessions are for people wanting to develop coping skills to better deal with anxiety, depression, stress, anger reduction, and general counseling. In certain situations, Tel-Behavioral Health Therapy and me a very good option for getting the assistance you need. What Tele-Therapy is not for are crisis situations, acute current self-harming behaviors, suicidal thoughts or thoughts of harming others.
