Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations. If you do not cancel before 24-hours of your scheduled appointment you will be expected to pay for the missed appointment. If you are using your insurance, most insurance companies will not cover the missed appointment fee. You will be responsible for paying it directly. The requirement to pay for missed appointments is due to the fact that I respected your appointment time by making my time available exclusively for you. If I am given 24-hour notice, I can try to fill that time with someone else in need or with other business. Thank you for your consideration. And yes, I’m not a tough guy, I do take emergencies into account.
